Each prize fills up over time. Once it reaches its goal, it goes to a live draw and a random winner is selected from everyone who entered. Your chance of winning is based on how many tickets you entered compared to the total tickets entered.

Prizes include gift cards, cash rewards, electronics, and physical items like TVs, gaming consoles, and even cars. The available prizes change over time, and new ones are added regularly.

You will be notified right away — in the app, by push notification (if enabled), and by email. When you win, you will see a celebration revealing your prize, and you can head to the Claim Center to claim it.

Go to the Claim Center (your Prize Box) in the app. For physical prizes, provide a shipping address. For cash or gift card prizes, provide the details needed to send your reward. Follow the prompts to complete your claim before the deadline.

Each prize has a claim deadline shown when you win. Be sure to claim within that window — unclaimed prizes may expire, so claim as soon as you can.

Challenges are limited-time competitions where you climb a leaderboard by playing trivia. Top finishers can win prizes. Check the Challenges tab to see what is live.

Your level reflects your overall progress as you answer more questions correctly. A streak is how many questions you have answered correctly in a row. Both track your skill and help you stand out on leaderboards.

Hints help you on a tough question (for example, removing wrong answers), and skips let you move past a question. You earn some for free over time, and you can get more using coins or in-app purchases. They are optional gameplay helpers.
