These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TriviaFun & Prizes mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Stopuno LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Stopuno LLC,” “TriviaFun & Prizes,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, downloading the App, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Official Sweepstakes Rules. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
TriviaFun & Prizes is a mobile trivia platform that allows users to play trivia games, earn virtual rewards through gameplay and other promotional activities, and participate in promotional sweepstakes conducted by Stopuno LLC.
TriviaFun & Prizes is designed primarily as an entertainment and educational trivia experience. Promotional sweepstakes are offered as an additional feature of the Platform and are governed by separate Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any user will win a prize.
To create an account and use the Platform you must:
Promotional sweepstakes are intended for eligible participants residing within the United States and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Stopuno LLC reserves the right to limit or discontinue Sweepstakes availability in any jurisdiction at any time in order to comply with applicable law.
Future availability in additional countries or jurisdictions may be announced separately.
Creating an account requires certain information including:
Guest accounts are not available.
You agree that all information you provide is complete, accurate, and current.
Providing false information may result in suspension, termination, disqualification from promotional sweepstakes, or denial of prize claims.
TriviaFun & Prizes permits one account per individual.
You may not:
If Stopuno LLC reasonably believes multiple accounts are controlled by the same individual for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage, we may suspend or terminate any or all associated accounts and void related promotional entries or rewards.
Each player has a public profile.
Public profiles may display:
Public profiles do not display personal information such as your legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or date of birth.
Winner announcements generally identify players by GamerTag rather than legal name, unless disclosure is required by law.
Your GamerTag represents your public identity within TriviaFun & Prizes.
You may not select a GamerTag that:
Stopuno LLC reserves the right to require modification of any GamerTag that violates these Terms.
Historical winner announcements may continue to display the GamerTag that existed at the time the applicable prize drawing occurred.
TriviaFun & Prizes contains multiple forms of virtual gameplay currency.
These virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable except where expressly permitted by Stopuno LLC, and do not constitute property.
Virtual items are licensed—not sold—to you for use within the Platform.
Earned Coins are obtained through gameplay and other promotional activities offered by the Platform.
Examples may include:
Earned Coins may be converted into Sweepstakes Tickets in accordance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Purchased Coins are optional virtual gameplay currency acquired through approved in-app purchases.
Purchased Coins:
Purchased Coins may be used solely for eligible gameplay features designated by the Platform, including but not limited to hints, skips, solves, gameplay unlocks, and other non-sweepstakes features.
Sweepstakes Tickets are the only valid method of entering promotional prize drawings.
Sweepstakes Tickets may only be obtained through free promotional methods designated by Stopuno LLC, including the conversion of Earned Coins where applicable.
Purchased Coins can never be converted into Sweepstakes Tickets.
Once Sweepstakes Tickets have been submitted to a prize drawing:
Submitting additional Sweepstakes Tickets increases the number of entries associated with your account for that drawing but does not guarantee selection as the winner.
Certain prize drawings may require a player to unlock access before submitting Sweepstakes Tickets.
A Prize Unlock:
A Prize Unlock is consumed only after one or more Sweepstakes Tickets are submitted to the associated prize drawing.
If the prize drawing concludes before any Sweepstakes Tickets have been submitted, Stopuno LLC may allow the unused Prize Unlock to remain available in accordance with the Platform’s rules.
TriviaFun & Prizes may offer a feature known as Reveal My Odds.
Reveal My Odds is an informational feature designed to display an estimated chance of winning for a particular prize drawing based on information available at the time the request is made.
Reveal My Odds:
Displayed estimates are informational only and may change as additional Sweepstakes Tickets are entered into a drawing before its conclusion.
