Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Stopuno LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply to specific prizes as noted in the App.
Each prize draw has its own entry period, displayed in the App. Entry periods begin when a prize is listed and end when the prize is fully funded or at the scheduled draw time, whichever comes first.
Play trivia questions in the App to earn Earned Coins. Convert Earned Coins to Tickets at the posted conversion rate. Use Tickets to enter prize draws. Each Ticket equals one entry.
To receive free entries without gameplay, send a hand-written request including your full name, email address, date of birth, and the prize you wish to enter to: Stopuno LLC, Attn: AMOE, Spring, TX 77379. Each valid request will receive entries as specified in the App. Limit one AMOE request per person per prize draw per entry period.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Drawings are conducted by Stopuno LLC. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize.
Available prizes and their approximate retail values are displayed in the App. Prizes are funded through advertising revenue generated by App usage. Prizes may include gift cards, electronics, cash (via PayPal), and other items as listed. All prize values are stated in US dollars.
Winners will be notified via the App and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond to claim their prize within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners may be required to provide additional information for prize fulfillment and tax reporting purposes.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number and complete IRS Form W-9. Stopuno LLC will issue Form 1099-MISC as required by law.
Stopuno LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any prize draw if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the draw. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the App may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
Information collected from entrants is subject to our Privacy Policy.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
